We truly believe you'll LOVE your Keto Source products! However, if for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at info@ketosource.co.nz within 30 days to see if you qualify for a return.

Please choose carefully as you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.
If you receive an incorrect item with your order (sorry!) let us know immediately so we can fix it.

Fraud & Chargebacks
We have a strict fraud policy in place to protect our customers. When you complete an order, and pay by credit card, you may be requested to provide additional information to prove that you are the credit card owner. Your order will not be dispatched until your details have been verified.
Keto Source has a strict no-tolerance policy against fraud. If your order is found to be fraudulent, or a chargeback is incurred unlawfully, Keto Source will prosecute to the full extent allowable under New Zealand law. Any details collected by our electronic systems will be supplied to the New Zealand Police.
The customer accepts liability for any legal and or other expenses incurred by Keto Source in their attempt to obtain payment of any overdue amount.

Except where noted otherwise, the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) displayed for products on our web site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Our sell price is the price you will pay including GST, no hidden cost. Prices do NOT include freight or postage. All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated and subject to change without warning.
