4-Ingredient, Vanilla Chai Keto Pancakes

These pancakes are so simple and fast to make and have less ingredients than 'normal' pancakes!

To make 7 delicious Keto Pancakes you will need the following ingredients:
3 Whole Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
125gm (half a tub) of softened cream cheese
1 Scoop of KETOSYS Vanilla Chai flavour (ketogenic performance fuel/meal shake) Available by clicking here
The process is so simple!


Step 1: Combine all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Using a mixer or stick blender, mix all of the ingredients until the mixture resembles a smooth pancake batter.
Step 3:
Pre-heat a frying pan on a low heat. We prefer to use a cast iron pan, but anything will do. Oil using Ghee (clarified butter), Butter or coconut oil. This will prevent the mixture sticking so you may need to add a little between each pancake. We prefer to use Ghee as it doesn't burn like butter but still has an amazing buttery taste!
Step 4:
Add the mixture to the pan using a 1/4 Cup measuring cup for each pancake. Spread the mixture by either tilting the pan a little or spreading with the measuring cup as you apply.
Step 5: Cook until bubbles appear then flip and cook till lightly brown.
Best served warm with your favourite toppings.
If you want a real treat add whipped cream and Queen Maple syrup (Sugar Free)
The Mixture makes 7 Pancakes and below is the macronutrient breakdown for each one excluding toppings:
Fat is approx. 78% = 12.2gm Carbs are approx. 7% = 3gm (1gm of which is Fibre)
Protein is approx. 15% = 6.14gm
